Working for Love, Hope & Justice
Anglican Board of Mission is the national mission agency for the Anglican Church. It is the channel through which Australian Anglicans participate in mission, both here and overseas. Anglicans in Development is wholly-owned by ABM, and operates ABM’s Sustainable Communities program, working with church partners to deliver grassroots, community-driven development, and disaster preparedness and response. We want to see people everywhere experience the wholeness of life God offers in Jesus Christ, and to this end we support our partners as they participate in God’s mission.

Celebrating 175 Years
Wednesday 29 October 2025 marks the 175th anniversary of the formation of what became the Anglican Board of Mission (ABM). This will be an opportunity for all Australian Anglicans to acknowledge, honour and celebrate the past 175 years and lay a new foundation to propel ABM and AID into the next 175 years.
Reconciliation
Reconciliation in our own land begins by listening to what Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are saying and being willing to change.
